Easy to put together, seems quite sturdy, nice and firm with room to add a pillow or something if you'd like. Oh and it's cute af. Absolutely love it.
Super comfy chair, like sitting on a cloud. But the only negative is that it’s hard to lean the chair back. Without an ottoman or something to put your feet on, the chair doesn’t stay in the ‘leant back’ position… it just springs right back to upright… lol otherwise I love it.
Delivery was delayed but we did have a cyclone ripping through the city.
Trendy desk. Would be good to improve delivery time and packing.

I decided to go with TT Racing and get a higher end chair from them, so I got a Maxx Gaming Chair. It is stable, good material. I am pleased with the chair. It came missing a cover on the side so I contacted support. At first, they seemed very interested in solving the problem, then communication stopped without a shared resolution. My follow-up email was not responded to, at least as of yet. It has been over ten days since last response from customer support. Not sure what happened. Maybe a glitch in their system. I am still pleased with the chair.

Product was comfortable, easy to install
It's an excellent chair. I bought it for my art room. It is comfortable. The wheels on the chair rolls well n hope keep doing so for years to come. The only issue I have is that it is difficult to lift the chair up n down. The levers are stiff n don't work so well. Overall good chair for the back n head.
Took full 7 days to arrive. Relatively easy assembling process. Some creaking sound can be heard after awhile m. Overall , not tht bad !
Table is nice. delivery needed many calls , follow up , can be frustrating.
So far is great, jus handle for hand bit lose.. Ez move when hand lay on handle..
It's difficult to move the 1.6m Titus desk around alone, with this casters installed my desk could be at anywhere !
