Nice Chair But Missing Part

I decided to go with TT Racing and get a higher end chair from them, so I got a Maxx Gaming Chair. It is stable, good material. I am pleased with the chair. It came missing a cover on the side so I contacted support. At first, they seemed very interested in solving the problem, then communication stopped without a shared resolution. My follow-up email was not responded to, at least as of yet. It has been over ten days since last response from customer support. Not sure what happened. Maybe a glitch in their system. I am still pleased with the chair.

The chair's comfort and accessories / abilities caught me off guard! i did however get this chair on a great deal, but it was amazing! Quick shipping, quick assembly, and comfortable none the less!

This the best chair I've ever purchased being a big bloke it handles my weight fine and is a good price I think the other chairs are overrated and far too expensive keep up the good work guys
