    • Lead, train, and motivate the customer service team to deliver outstanding support across multiple channels (live chat, email, social media, phone).
    • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
    • Handle complex or escalated customer issues with professionalism and solutions-oriented thinking.
    • Develop process improvements, FAQs, and knowledge base materials to streamline efficiency.
    • Work closely with logistics, sales, and product teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
    • Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and common issues.
    • Maintain a positive and supportive work culture that emphasizes customer-first values.
    • Ensure the team remains updated on product knowledge, policies, and promotions.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
    • Experience using customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar).
    • High attention to detail, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
