Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at TTRacing, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with partners, distributors, and clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and supporting the company’s strategic expansion across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and product pitches to potential partners.
  • Support market entry strategies and expansion plans into new territories.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align business goals and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Negotiate terms and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to build brand visibility and connect with prospects.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on pipeline development, partnership status, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Thai is a plus).
  • Proven ability to identify leads, close deals, and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and market awareness.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Able to travel occasionally (domestic or international) based on business needs.
