Job Description

As a Content Creator / Live Stream Specialist for Thailand at TTRacing, you will play a vital role in strengthening our brand presence in the Thai market. You’ll be the on-camera personality and content strategist who connects with local audiences through engaging video content and live stream sessions across platforms like TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and Facebook Live.

Your creative storytelling, deep understanding of Thai consumer behavior, and fluency in the local language will be key to driving product awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales. This is a highly dynamic role suited for someone who is confident, content-savvy, and passionate about gaming or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

  • Host engaging and interactive live stream sessions on platforms such as TikTok Live, Shopee Live, tailored to the Thai market.
  • Create localized video content including unboxings, reviews, product highlights, and social media short-form videos.
  • Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales events (e.g., 9.9, 11.11).
  • Act as the face and voice of TTRacing Thailand, representing the brand with energy, professionalism, and authenticity.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and branding.
  • Monitor viewer engagement during live streams and drive conversions through real-time interaction.
  • Stay updated with Thai social trends, language tone, memes, and viral content styles to enhance relatability and shareability.
  • Provide insights and reports on content and livestream performance to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Thai nationality or fluent in Thai (spoken and written), with good command of English.
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation or live streaming, preferably in e-commerce or consumer products.
  • Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and engaging with live audiences.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for visual presentation and audience engagement.
  • Familiar with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Active user of social platforms popular in Thailand, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Shopee.
  • Knowledge of Thai consumer preferences and digital culture.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for live events.
