Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist at TTRacing, you will be the voice of our brand, delivering exceptional support to customers across multiple channels including live chat, email, social media, and phone. You’ll help ensure that each customer has a smooth and positive experience, whether it’s assisting with product inquiries, resolving issues, or guiding them through post-purchase support.
Your role is crucial in building customer satisfaction and loyalty, representing the TTRacing brand with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Handling walk-in customers' requests
- Performing pre-sale and post-sale
- Outbound calls with customers when necessary
- Support market entry strategies and expansion plans into new territories.
- Handling service emails and respond to customers' queries on various platforms such as Shopee, Lazada etc.
Requirements
- Possesses SPM/Diploma in related field
- Basic knowledge of computer is required
- Able to speak in English and Malay
- Able to work effectively with team members
- Versatile in handling different customer
- Fast response in understanding different questions
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Willing to work on shift
