Job Description
As a Retail Manager at TTRacing, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store(s) to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance. You will lead and inspire the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service, achieve sales targets, and uphold the brand image.
This role requires a strong focus on team leadership, sales performance, customer experience, and operational excellence. You will also play a key role in executing in-store promotions, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects the TTRacing brand.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to drive sales and improve KPIs.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and in-store product presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Train and develop team members to ensure product knowledge, service skills, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate and execute in-store events, promotions, and product launches.
- Ensure all store activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Track and analyze sales performance and generate regular reports for management.
- Work closely with the HQ team on stock planning, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and overall brand standards at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3โ5 years of retail experience, with at least 1โ2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding retail sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Experience in store operations, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail software, and basic sales reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive improvements.
- Creative and strategic thinking for in-store promotions and visual merchandising.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
