Job Description

As a Senior Executive in eCommerce at TTRacing, you will play a key role in driving our online sales performance and expanding our digital footprint across leading e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more. You’ll be hands-on with day-to-day operations, campaign planning, platform optimization, and performance tracking to ensure we stay ahead in the competitive eCommerce landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and performing marketing strategies
  • Ongoing campaign planning and budgeting (price, vouchers, collab partners, USP and etc)
  • Leading campaigns, partnerships and project management such as referral programmes with other relevant team members ie: creative and customer service team
  • Negotiating best deal in collaborations, marketing assets and costing
  • Reviewing campaign performance and create suggested action plan for improvement
  • Ensure brand presentation and key listings are always in great condition
  • Main communication with platform RM/KAM
  • Obtain assets from platforms and service providers for ongoing marketing exposure
  • Ensure platform deals are always utilized optimally (SS,LTD,BBD for Shopee) (Flash sales, Brand Mega offer, Lazada Voucher for Lazada)
  • Working hand in hand with creative team for deliverables on time
  • Ensuring assets are uploaded by team members on date of campaign
  • Working hand in hand with customer service manager to align on campaign details, pricing, deal mechanics, landing page user flow and etc
  • To perform other marketing related ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Familiar with seller center tools, promotional mechanics, and platform algorithms.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketplace campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and how it ties into eCommerce performance.
  • Good grasp of online consumer behavior and current eCommerce trends.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and platforms.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CMS tools and reviewing digital creatives.
  • High attention to detail in product listings, campaign setup, and pricing accuracy
