Its a great chair, but unfortunately, I have one or two gripes. there is no lumbar support at all on the chair. The back is really straight and so, it needs a lumbar cushion. The supplied one is terribly thin and doesn't give enough support. Its an easy fix though, just need to go get another pillow for lumbar support, just wish that the stock one will be better. Also, the armrests are a bit shaky and don't clip in position tightly. Otherwise, the chair is great!

Great Communication, Great Product

Fourth time lucky with purchasing a gaming chair with a class 4 gas lift, and this has been the smoothest and most successful purchase attempt yet. Product is as advertised, the chair is comfy and wider than normal, and the head and lumbar pillows actually work as intended. The additional wheels came in a separate delivery but removing the stock wheels to use the rollerblade style wheels was painless and didn't require any special tools. Sick of PU chairs peeling after a short time, the fabric has been a nice change and feels good.
