The gaming chair is a dream. Good ergonomics and very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time be it gaming or work! Aesthetics of the gaming chair is top notch and very detailed

Overall good chair for the price but the seat cushion is kinda on the hard side kinda would cause discomfort for long hours sitting not sure if it is a short term thing or long term yet, but so far two weeks passed still giving me slight discomfort. Hope it will pass. Fabric version is not fully in fabric for venom version. And this cause a little discomfort where leather meet the fabric at the thighs area because the leather is kinda slightly harder than the fabric.
It was a very pleasant experience all in all right from placing the order through their website, receiving order updates, prompt response to the shipping query and related support request.
The chair was packed in an organized manner including the setup manual which was simple to follow and use that helped to ease the setup process making it even simpler to complete it ourselves.
Coming to the experience of using this chair, i certainly enjoy it as it is very comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely recommend TTracing to others.

Ig the title says it all, a lil regret not going for the longer ones but as what I'm currently using I'm loving it. I had a little difficulties with installation and the customer services patiently guide and help me through it. Cheaper than other brand works the same and def bang for your buck. Good Product, good customer service. 5/5

This chair, surprisingly, is quite comfortable. Initially, the chair was purchased after considering a gaming chair -(which my family member was not fond of its non-ergonomic design). The only primary concern for this airflex ergochair was the lack of a headrest. However, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the curved section at the top of the chair provides the same level of support as a traditional headrest. Additionally, the armrests can be easily lifted, allowing the chair to be conveniently pushed under the desk, saving valuable space. Finally, the seat cushion is made of high-quality material, ensuring comfort during extended work sessions.

Not bad. Been use for about 2 weeks. The only thing is the leather smell will stay in your room for about at least 1 week+. Other than that, everything was great. Very comfortable. Love it.
Assembly instructions was neither easy or hard to read. Would be better if it’s a drawing instead of pictures. Overall, table looks sturdy.
